How much does 1-on-1 training cost?

  • It depends. Personal training isn't one size fits all. It really depends on a number of factors (ex. prevalent injuries, experience, S.M.A.R.T. goals, frequency, location, etc.)

  • In order to provide the most value, consultations are required to determine a program that works for you.
