Results that speak for themselves! Extremely proud of my client Brian D for losing a whopping 54lbs! He told me "this is the first time I've been below 300lbs in 17 years." Moments like these remind me why I love being a personal trainer!


Brian and several of my clients are undergoing Body Recomposition. This means losing body fat and building lean muscle, at the same time. This is one of the most difficult milestones to achieve, and it aids significantly in overall health.
